Creating Invoices

This toolset will help you create an invoice on QuickBooks Online

    When on the Getting Around screen on QuickBooks, click on Invoices. Start by typing in the customer you are creating the invoice for.

    After entering the item(s) on the invoice, go to the Delivery Information box at the bottom and indicate if the invoice will be printed or emailed or both. If you check the To Be Sent box, a window will appear asking you to type in the email address you wish to send the invoice to. Once you have finished you can click Save.

    After indicating which customer you are creating the invoice for, go down to the Product/Service box and scroll down to which item you wish to include on the invoice.
